Behnaz Sarafphor – menswear inspired collection
On to Behnaz Sarafphor, who also had a presentation-style show, where models were dressed for a mock photo shoot in a Manhattan studio. The show was intimate and styled for a big city close-up!! The collection was menswear-inspired; complete with double-breasted suits, a camel wool trench coat with a raccoon bolero, a camel mohair car coat, and cream high-waisted trousers…all elegant, beautifully made clothes for the tasteful sophisticate. Nails were as rich as the most expensive shatoosh scarf, in a tailored rounded square shape and lavishly covered in Desert Suede and Super Matte: cashmere for nails! Note to self: call travel agent and book round the world trip where I can shop some of these fab global textiles.
Soon I woke up out of my dream of trunk travel…and had to jet off to the third show of the day!
